A: For some models, we could offer free samples but do not cover the freight cost.

A: Low MOQ, 1 piece for sample checking is available.

Q4: What about your lead-time?
A: Generally it is 2-3 days if stock lasts, 2-3 weeks for new production, it depends on the items and your order quantity.

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Usually it will take 4-7 days for Express, 7-15days for Air, 20-35 days for Sea, it also depends on the destination area.

Q6: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

Q7: What are your price terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU or any other terms you preferred.

Q8. Do you check all your goods before delivery?A: Yes, we perform 100% inspection to samples and finished goods prior to shipment.

Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly, we send you samples & technical datasheet for your approval.
Fourthly, you confirm the samples & datasheet, and place deposit for formal order. Fifthly, we arrange mass-production and ship to you.
